St. Giles is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Partnerships Lead to strengthen referral pathways, build strategic relationships and support sustainable growth across Tasmania.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role connects community need with service capability ensuring more Tasmanians can access high quality Allied Health and Support Services.
About the Role
This dynamic, relationship focused role is responsible for growing St. Giles' external partnerships and increasing referral opportunities across the disability, health, education and community sectors. You will lead partnership development activities, build market presence and generate high-quality referrals, working closely with intake, operational and marketing teams to align growth with service capacity and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners including hospitals, GPs, allied health providers, support coordinators, schools and community organisations.
* Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand referral pathways across Tasmania.
* Design and implement strategies to increase referrals for Allied Health and Support Services.
* Manage a structured referral pipeline, including tracking leads, conversion and engagement.
* Represent St. Giles at events, forums and sector engagements to increase organisational visibility.
* Deliver presentations and information sessions to promote services and build sector understanding.
* Gather stakeholder feedback and market intelligence to inform service improvements and emerging needs.
* Collaborate internally to align partnership activity with operational capacity and service priorities.
About You
You are a proactive and credible relationship builder with experience driving partnerships, generating referrals, or growing service pipelines. You bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands‐on delivery, with the ability to build trust and influence across diverse stakeholder groups.

* Demonstrated experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement or business development.
* Proven ability to generate referrals and build sustainable pipelines.
* Highly developed communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
* Strong organisational and planning capability and ability to manage competing priorities.
* A proactive, solutions‐focused approach and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Commitment to inclusion, person‐centred practice and the rights of people with disability.
* Experience in the disability, health or NDIS sectors.
* Knowledge of Tasmanian community and stakeholder networks.
* Experience in marketing collaboration, brand promotion or community engagement campaigns.
* Play a key role in shaping sustainable service growth across Tasmania.
* Build meaningful partnerships that improve access to services.
* High level of autonomy with direct CEO engagement.
