We’re seeking a motivated and organised Customer Support and Admin person with IT related skills that is willing to learn new platforms and programs relating to the telecommunications industry. Attention to detail, provide exceptional customer support and reporting directly to the Manager. This role is crucial in expanding our business.
- Build phone systems, activate, provision and porting numbers, making straightforward and complex changes for customers, provide accurate information about products or services
- Problem solving customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a courteous and professional manner. Ensure a positive customer experience
- Update and maintain customer records in our CRM
About You:
· 5+ years equivalent work experience
· Have a genuine interest in IT, enjoy building solutions and problem solving.
· Willing and able to learn and grow using multiple IT platforms
· Intermediate Excel skills.
· Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred but not required.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Curious about how businesses operate, function and their story. These conversations enable you to identify solutions that are unique to each of our customers.
· Ability to work independently
