Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the office by performing various administration tasks, including:
* Greeting visitors and answering phones in a welcoming manner
* Sorting and distributing mail for relevant departments
* Managing general deliveries for the entire office
* Assisting with loading dock operations
* Consigning parcels interstate and overseas using online platforms
* Coordinating couriers for dispatches and deliveries
* Allocating incoming goods to relevant departments
* Liaising with internal departments regarding mail collection
* Providing general administrative support across the office
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Proven experience working in an administration role which incorporates reception and mail room in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational skills and ability to problem solve
* Intermediate to advanced MS Office and technical skills
