We are a well-established residential electrical contractor based in Osborne Park, delivering high-quality electrical services to new home builds across the Perth metro area. With continued growth and strong relationships with leading builders, we are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and organised person to join our office team in a key coordination role.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced position combining estimating support, client liaison, job coordination, and scheduling. You will work closely with builders, site supervisors, and internal teams to ensure jobs are priced accurately, scheduled correctly, and delivered on time. This role plays an important part in keeping projects moving and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Estimating & Job Setup
* Assisting with preparing estimates and pricing for residential electrical works
* Reviewing building plans and job information
* Preparing and issuing quotes and variations
* Setting up and maintaining accurate job records
* Communicating with builders and site supervisors
* Responding to enquiries and providing job updates
* Supporting ongoing builder relationships
* Ensuring clear and professional communication
* Callup Coordination & Scheduling
* Coordinating callups in line with construction stages
* Booking jobs with internal teams and subcontractors
* Monitoring schedules and managing changes or delays
* Rebooking jobs where required
* Administration & Systems
* Maintaining accurate job records
* Assisting with invoicing and accounts support
* Working within systems such as EXO and MYOB (or similar)
* Supporting general office operations
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication skills and a professional phone manner
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
* Experience in any of the following is beneficial but not essential:
* Construction or electrical industry exposure
* Reading or working with building plans
* Scheduling or coordination roles
* EXO, MYOB, or similar systems
