Who You Are You’re an experienced and results-driven Project Construction Manager with a proven ability to oversee and execute complex construction projects from inception to completion. What You’ll Do Developing detailed project plans, ensuring resources are available and timelines are feasible. Budgeting and cost management to keep the project within the financial constraints. Contract administration including negotiation and oversight of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Quality control checks to deliver projects that meet all the agreed specifications. Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team and resolve conflicts. Ensuring all legal, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly observed. Reporting regularly on the project status to executives and other stakeholders. Qualifications Must be a US or Australian citizen Must possess a US TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance. Must have a minimum of five years of experience as a project manager. Project management skills such as time management, project budgeting, resource management and project scheduling.
