We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and process banking transactions
* Manage the monthly rent roll and billing process
* Lead and manage the pursuit and collection of outstanding tenant arrears
* Process incoming and outgoing mail items, including courier bookings
* Maintain and update records and files for tenants and contractors
* Monitor and report operational complaints and assist with follow-up

The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and customer service skills. They should be able to work collaboratively as part of a small dynamic team.
