About the role
Our brand new atomica store is coming to Rouse Hill soon, and we're searching for vibrant team members! Glow Assistants are the friendly faces that bring our brand to life. They are customer service experts who help customers feel welcome and connect with them.
With a passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you will guide customers to products that suit them.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, tailored service to customers
* Help customers find their favorite products and offer recommendations
* Process customer orders at the register and ensure a smooth checkout experience
What we're looking for
* Retail experience with a love for delivering excellent customer service
* Passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and beauty
* Strong communication skills to build connections
* Creative flair for merchandising
* Team player mentality
* Experience with inventory or registers highly valued
