We're looking for a highly organised, people-focused Service Scheduler / Dispatcher to join our Albury team. You'll coordinate our Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical technicians, making sure the right person is in the right place at the right time, every time.
This isn't freight or logistics. It's about delivering outstanding customer experiences, supporting technicians in the field, and keeping calm in the fast-paced rhythm of a busy service environment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating and optimising daily schedules for field technicians across multiple trades.
* Prioritising jobs based on urgency, skillset, and service goals.
* Communicating clearly with both technicians and customers to keep everyone informed.
* Adjusting schedules in real time when things change (because they always do).
* Tracking progress and providing accurate updates and ETAs.
* Working closely with Customer Service and Operations to keep things running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in scheduling, job coordination, or dispatching — ideally in a trade or field-service setting.
* Top-notch communication and multitasking skills — you stay calm and solutions-focused when it's busy.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to think ahead and adapt quickly.
* A genuine passion for customer service and teamwork.
* Tech confidence — experience with ServiceTitan or similar job management software is a plus.
