Responsibilities
Lead a team to provide practice finance business partnering, planning processes and procedures focused on growth and margin enhancement
Develop internal stakeholder relationships at all levels and support the team to do the same so that the team of business partners are trusted advisors within the business
Identify commercial risks and opportunities, co-creating action plans to remediate risks and maximise opportunities while maintaining financial governance and accountability
Use data and insights to influence business decision-making by directing focus to the most impactful drivers and KPIs
Develop commercial assumptions informing key investment decisions and ensure the approved outcomes are appropriately reflected in forward financial plans such as budgets, forecasts and business cases
Prepare annual budget and recurring forecasts for the functional business unit
Identify, value and recommend opportunities to improve financial performance or mitigate risk
Qualifications
CPA / CA qualified
Proven experience in Commercial/Management Accounting in an ASX200 or Big Four environment, with 12+ years experience
Experience in retail or FMCG industries is highly desirable
