* Level 5, $82,843 - $93,358 p.a., plus up to 17% employer superannuation
* Full-time (36.25 hours per week), 12 month fixed-term appointment (Parental leave backfill)
Opportunity
In this role you will support all aspects of UniSC Clinical Trials contract administration, helping to facilitate high-quality clinical research activities across the University. You will assist with due diligence and governance processes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the negotiation, review, and finalisation of clinical trial agreements.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the triage of clinical trials contracts and agreements to assess requirements for due diligence and administrative contracts management
* Support the governance required for clinical trials contracts and agreements from initial negotiation with external partners to execution
* Ensure researchers comply with internal requirements and understand the contractual milestones and other key obligations

The candidate will work confidently both independently and collaboratively within multi‐disciplinary teams, building strong and effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Advanced computer proficiency, including use of databases, clinical trial electronic data capture systems, word processing software and spreadsheets, is required.
Qualifications
* Completion of a degree, or an associate diploma with at least two years subsequent experience, or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and experience
* Sound knowledge of ICH GCP and applicable regulations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong attention to detail
* Sound understanding of privacy principals governing health information
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High level of digital literacy (including databases, Microsoft Word and Excel)
