Finance and HR Leader | Part Time 3 days in office | Kings Cross We're partnering with a purpose-led organisation to recruit a Part Time Finance & HR Leader to support day-to-day finance operations, reporting and HR administration within a collaborative team environment. This is a broad and varied role with a strong focus on financial management, alongside responsibility for supporting employee lifecycle processes and operational administration. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records, controls and supporting documentation in line with organisational policies and accounting standards. Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, cashflow reporting and financial analysis. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and tracking operational expenditure. Manage invoice processing and expenditure reporting for funded programs and stakeholders. Support year-end processes, audits and liaison with external accountants and auditors. Provide day-to-day HR administration support including recruitment coordination, onboarding and employment documentation. Maintain employee records, contracts and HR documentation in line with compliance requirements. Support payroll administration, timesheets, leave management and payroll inputs. Coordinate performance review processes, onboarding and exit procedures. About You Demonstrated experience within a finance or accounting role, ideally with exposure to HR administration. Relevant qualification in finance, accounting, business or human resources. Strong experience with cashflow management, reporting and accounts administration. Comfortable working in a small team environment and managing competing priorities. Experience with TechnologyOne, SAGE or Employment Hero will be highly regarded. Professional, adaptable and collaborative approach with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
