About the role
Our Sydney Fulfilment Centre in Marsden Park is a purpose-built, temperature‐controlled site featuring a variety of automated solutions, including an automated order storage and retrieval system (OSR), decant, pick‐it‐easy (PiE) and lidding stations, with an integrated mezzanine and basement for vehicle despatch.
We are looking for experienced Team Leaders to join our PM shift. Hours of work are generally between:
* PM Shift - Monday to Friday - 2pm to 10pm or 3pm to 11pm
What you'll bring
* Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor in a demanding and variable workplace; FMCG preferred
* Understanding of the Supply Chain function, in particular, warehouse operations and/or picking, packing and production
* Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
* Demonstrated experience in a people leadership role
* Full understanding of WHS requirements within a distribution centre environment
* Focus on continuous improvement of processes
* Proficient in Microsoft office and Warehouse Management Systems.
