As the company grows, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Speech and Language pathologist to join a dynamic team and make a difference.

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to help clients enhance their communication abilities. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for the clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform detailed assessments of clients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities.
* Develop personalized therapy plans to address individual client needs and goals.
* Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve clients' communication skills.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
* Educate clients and their families on communication strategies and techniques.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with industry standards.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in speech pathology.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
* Valid registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in speech pathology.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Compassionate approach with a strong focus on client-centered care.
* Proficiency in relevant assessment and therapy tools.
* Augmentative and alternative communication experience is an advantage, but training can be provided.
