About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing client relationships while driving new business opportunities. Your main objectives include:
* Generating over 50% of your own new sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
* Growing new sales across all portfolios with both non-Ricoh customers and within Ricoh's existing customer base by leveraging your solution selling skills.

Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in quota-carrying sales and account relationship management.
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong desire to consistently deliver above-revenue goals.
* Evidence of successful prospecting and creating more than 50% of your own pipeline.
* Experience in developing and executing business/account plans to drive revenue growth.
* The ability to build rapport with both business and technical decision-makers in customer organisations.
* Proven ability to create, advance, and close new sales opportunities.
* Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
* Excellent influencer and negotiation skills to drive sales outcomes.
* The versatility to operate in both hunting and farming sales models.
