Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Manager.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify potential business partners, corporate clients, event planners, inbound operators, and travel agencies to establish strong relationships.
2. Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions to attract new business.
3. Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and opportunities for expansion.
4. Pitching and Negotiation: Present our hotel's unique offerings to potential clients and partners through persuasive presentations and negotiations.
5. Sales Process: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, proposal creation, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
6. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the hotel's facilities, services, and packages to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
7. Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and build a strong professional network.
Qualifications:
* At least 2 years experience in business development, hospitality, or hotels experience preferred.
* Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
