This key position in restaurant operations reports directly to the Restaurant Manager.

The incumbent will lead the development of team members and drive business growth through effective leadership and coaching.
Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive training for crew members
* Deliver individual coaching & mentoring sessions
* Develop shift plans
* Drive sales & profitability
* Monitor production controls
* Complete business reporting for sales, service & safety
* Maintain profitability by closely monitoring costs
* Manage all shift safety & hygiene requirements
Skills & Qualifications
* Leadership experience in retail or hospitality
* Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
* Exceptional organisational & time management skills
* Strong verbal & written communication skills
* Ability to adapt and learn quickly
