Job Role Overview
The primary objective of the Hospital Aide position is to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, facilitate effective communication among colleagues and management, and contribute to a collaborative team effort to achieve patient care goals.
* Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients by maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and management through clear and respectful communication
* Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team to deliver high-quality patient care
* Monitor and manage ward/unit stock levels, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or shortages
