Assistant Cafe Manager – Port Hedland
Dome Coffees Australia is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Cafe Manager for our full‐time team located at Port Hedland. The role focuses on day‐to‐day operations, team leadership, customer service excellence and sales growth.
What you'll be doing
* Lead, motivate and develop a team of passionate baristas and front‐of‐house staff.
* Oversee the cafe's day‐to‐day management, ensuring efficient, profitable and customer‐centric operations.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and exceptional customer service.
* Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
* Support the implementation of marketing initiatives and new product launches.
What we're looking for
* Ideally 1 year of experience in a similar Assistant Manager or Supervisor role within hospitality.
* Full availability to work across a range of opening and closing shifts, Monday to Sunday.
* Excellent customer service orientation and strong problem‐solving skills.
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
