* About You:
o We are looking for someone with:
o Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
o Excellent customer service and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
o A proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently
o Good administration and computer skills (experience with Auto IT systems would be an advantage)
o A current Driver's Licence (Forklift Licence would be beneficial)
o A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow
o Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
* Key Responsibilities:
o Provide exceptional service to customers by accurately interpreting and recommending parts
o Efficiently process phone, counter, and email enquiries
o Prepare sales invoices, purchase orders, and quotes in a timely manner
o Sell parts to retail, trade, and internal customers
o Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocktakes, and help reduce obsolete stock
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through follow-up and reliability
o Contribute to continuous improvement and support a positive team culture
o Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
