Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
* Conduct regular meetings and business reviews, providing insights and service updates
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through tailored workforce solutions
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement
* Screen and interview candidates aligned to client requirements
* Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future demands
Candidate Care
* Provide a high level of support and engagement throughout the candidate lifecycle
* Drive retention through consistent communication and recognition initiatives
Service Delivery & Coordination
* Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Payroll and the National Account Manager
* Ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication between stakeholders
Issue Resolution
* Respond to client and candidate queries in a timely manner
* Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to maintain service quality Revenue Growth & Business Development
o Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
o Achieve revenue, growth, and retention targets
o Target key organisations to support market expansion and new business
o Contribute to marketing initiatives and client engagement strategies
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
o Prepare reports and updates for the National Account Manager
o Provide insights and feedback to support continuous improvement of processes and service delivery
About You
o Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or a client-facing role
o Previous experience in Blue Collar recruitment
o Strong relationship-building and communication skills
o Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
o Results-driven with a focus on service excellence and growth
o Proactive, solutions-focused, and a strong team player
