At Marketforce we've started building something exciting. A Creative Department to work together with our already supremely talented Production, Media, Strategy and Digital departments to make work that we can all be proud of. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a growing Creative Department under new leadership.
We're looking for a Designer with 1‐3 years agency experience (although we would be open to a fresh graduate straight out of uni with an awesome book). You're expected to be strong on branding design in particular. You don't need to be a finished article by any means, but you should be keen to learn and improve from people around you.
We're looking for someone who can take a design brief and run with it. Someone who can tackle a problem and turn it into a range of mind‐blowing ideas that will excite those within the agency as well as our incredible range of clients. You need to be excited to show off what you can do, as well as keen to learn new things and push yourself creatively.
All while picking up some awards along the way.
What you'll be doing:
* Working collaboratively with other departments to come up with design ideas and make them a reality.
* Reporting into the Creative Director to refine and develop award‐winning design concepts.
* Presenting your ideas, knowing how to tell the story of the idea to get everyone energised and excited.
* Taking feedback on board, both within the agency and from clients, to make your work even better.
A bit about you:
* 1‐3 years agency experience (although awesome grads considered).
* You'll be all about the ideas. Then more ideas.
* And have the craft to make those ideas as good as they can possibly be.
* You'll be comfortable presenting.
* You'll be proficient in all design programs (obviously). As well as comfortable with writing the odd AI prompt.
* UI/UX design and motion graphics experience is a bonus, but not integral to the role.
