The Opportunity
In this hands‐on role, no two days are the same. You'll play a critical part in keeping our high‐tech operation running at peak performance:
* Own and drive equipment reliability and performance
* Complete preventative and predictive maintenance
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults and breakdowns
* Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability projects
What you'll Bring
You're a proactive, solutions-focused tradesperson who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment:
* Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter / Maintenance Technician
* Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments
* Exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement (highly regarded)
* Strong fault-finding and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team
* Great communication and a can‐do attitude
