Web Engineering Manager
About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Web Engineering Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of web engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of web engineers in the development of scalable and reliable web applications
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
* Mentor and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
* Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
* Develop and implement software engineering best practices and standards
* Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to team members
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Web Engineering Manager or similar role
* Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
* Experience with agile development methodologies
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
