The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and organised Office and Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth, safe and efficient operation of our Queensland offices, warehouses and field operations.
This is a hands‐on, varied role that provides high‐quality administrative, facilities and logistics support to staff and managers across the business. You'll play a key role in ensuring our people have the equipment, resources and systems they need to do their best work.
Key responsibilities
* Oversee the Brisbane office, warehouse, reception and meeting rooms
* Manage office supplies, amenities, mail and deliveries
* Coordinate staff travel and support field logistics
* Assist with staff events and support business units as required
* Coordinate servicing, maintenance and repairs of fleet vehicles
* Maintain accurate vehicle, equipment and asset records
* Regularly drive 4WD & manual vehicles for routine maintenance appointments
* Manage booking systems for vehicles, tools and shared assets
* Coordinate uniforms, PPE, first aid and spill kits
* Maintain compliance registers and records
* Provide accurate administrative and data entry support
* Review and approve staff expense claims
* Act as a key point of contact for staff, visitors and suppliers
* Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
* Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes

Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration or coordination role
* Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office and/or Google suite)
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Desirable but not essential
* Fleet or equipment management experience
* Xero or Synergy experience
* First Aid, CPR or Fire Warden training
* 4WD and trailer experience
