Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Account Manager to foster relationships with designated pharmacy accounts and drive interest in our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary contact for operational and tactical processes or issues, ensuring seamless service delivery to assigned pharmacy accounts.
* Partner with pharmacies to develop and execute sales plans and deliverables with the intent of achieving revenue targets.
* Identify new sales opportunities and implement additional services to facilitate growth.
* Generate sales reports and quarterly business reviews to provide updates related to customer locations.
* Deliver high-quality education and insights in person or virtually to customers, ensuring our products and services are well represented in the field.
* Work collaboratively with internal business units including finance, marketing, and distribution to deliver objectives in line with ANZ Revenue team's Strategic Imperatives.
* Collaborate with sales, customer service, distribution, marketing, and finance to optimize the service offering and deliver high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced environment.
* Five years of related successful Business-to-Business sales experience.
* Proven business acumen and communication skills.
* Experience with CRM and analytical tools (Salesforce and Tableau preferred).
* Highly motivated, collaborative, and possess a strong drive to succeed.
* Bachelor's degree in a science or healthcare-related field.
* Experience with Salesforce.com or another customer resource management program is a plus.
