Territory Manager
Based in Central Melbourne, the Territory Manager drives sales growth across pharmacy retailers, conducting regional travel each quarter (approximately four nights to Albury and Wodonga) to support key accounts and expand market presence.
Responsibilities
* Strive to meet and surpass sales targets, market share, distribution, and cycle objectives in the designated territory.
* Ensure all transactions adhere to agreed wholesale deals and discretionary funds guidelines.
* Maintain regular contact with customers and follow the agreed contact strategy to sustain strong relationships.
* Implement activities advised by the National Accounts team and promptly report non‐compliance.
* Use point‐of‐sale material to boost sales and enhance in‐store presence, setting up displays as required.
* Report performance regularly to the National Sales Manager.
* Provide timely and accurate field intelligence to line management, offering valuable insights.
* Care for and maintain all company assets allocated to perform job duties.
Skills & Experience
* FMCH sales or retail pharmacy experience.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self‐managed and motivated.
* Strong relationship management skills and customer focus.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills with a willingness to adopt change and juggle multiple priorities.
* Digitally savvy – confident in learning or applying digital tools to analyse sales data.
* Clean driver's license.
