Network Aboriginal Health Manager (HM3) - Location Negotiable (Identified)
This is an Aboriginal identified position – applicants must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent (as per the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977).
This position's location is negotiable within the Hastings Macleay Clinical Network (Port Macquarie | Wauchope | Kempsey) and also requires the successful candidate to frequently travel between these sites.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and expert advice on Aboriginal health priorities aligned to national, state and district frameworks
* Lead culturally safe programs, partnerships, and workforce initiatives
* Strengthen engagement with Aboriginal communities, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations, and key stakeholders
* Support delivery of Closing the Gap priorities and improved health outcomes
About You
* Proven leadership in complex health or community environments
* Experience delivering and evaluating Aboriginal health initiatives
* Ability to build partnerships and influence across diverse stakeholders
