The role
This role is supporting the administrative side of the business. Your duties may include but are not limited to:
- Provide day-to-day project and administrative support.
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Support compliance, quality, and audit requirements.
- Organise training, onboarding, and staff support activities.
- Promote safety standards and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold company values.
About you
- Construction or similar industry experience
- Proven administration experience
- High attention to detail
- Flexibility with a willingness to learn and take on challenges
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
