Experience: 6+ years
Requisites:
* Lead large-scale Oracle data migration and transformation programs involving highly complex and sensitive enterprise data.
* Define and execute data migration strategies, ensuring secure, accurate, and near real-time synchronization across integrated systems.
* Architect and develop high-performance ETL/ELT pipelines using ODI, Oracle GoldenGate, SQL, and PL/SQL.
* Establish strong data validation, reconciliation, governance, and security controls to maintain data integrity and compliance.
* Troubleshoot and optimize database performance, complex SQL queries, and migration bottlenecks.
* Ensure compliance with enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards, especially for sensitive PII/SPI data.
* Maintain technical documentation and support Agile/Scrum delivery practices.
Nice to Have:
* Experience with Python, shell scripting, AWS, and real-time replication solutions.
