As a Storeperson/Driver, you will be responsible for delivering customer orders to the highest standard, ensuring timely and efficient service. This role requires effective communication with suppliers, reconciling goods against invoices and delivery dockets, and providing general support to the branch team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Fulfillment: Deliver customer orders promptly and accurately, meeting our commitment to quality and service.
* Liaison and Communication: Build strong relationships with suppliers, liaising regarding goods, delivery dates, and availability.
* Inventory Management: Reconcile inwards and outwards goods against invoices and delivery dockets, ensuring accurate inventory records.
* Pick, Pack, and Labeling: Efficiently pick, pack, and label outgoing goods for delivery to customers.
Requirements:
* Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a willingness to learn new systems and rapidly gain product knowledge.
* Accurate Processing: Accurately process orders, purchase orders, and quotes, adhering to company standards.
* Transportation License: Possess a current driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Forklift Operation: Hold a valid forklift license.
