Job Summary
This role involves working on both morning and afternoon shifts, specialising in packing and making up food trolleys and equipment for airlines.
Key responsibilities include safely handling, cleaning, counting, sorting and packing items such as glassware, dishes, cutlery, napkins and other sundry items.
A thorough understanding of quality control techniques is essential, along with accurate performance of tasks and duties.
The successful candidate will identify opportunities to improve performance and productivity, raise discrepancies in stock take, and demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills.
Adherence to industry standards and best practices is also required, including Food Safety, Workplace Health and Safety, and Quarantine and Customs.
