The Role
In this role, you will take full ownership of tailored travel programs from the first enquiry through to the moment your clients arrive home.
You will be designing customised itineraries, pricing them up, presenting them to international travel advisors and then bringing every detail to life across accommodation, experiences, transfers and flights.
No two programs are the same, and you will be the person ensuring that what looks great on paper actually delivers on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
* Play a part in the full guest journey from first enquiry to final day of travel, designing thoughtfully routed itineraries and pricing them into compelling proposals.
* Shift into delivery mode once confirmed: reconciling supplier details, managing amendments and keeping every program airtight before departure.
* Monitor upcoming departures, stay ahead of anything that could go wrong, and prepare the final documentation your clients will rely on.
* Ensure that what you built on paper becomes something real and memorable for the people who live it.
About You
You are someone who takes genuine pride in the details, stays organised under pressure and understands that the work you do has a real person at the end of it.
You are commercially minded without losing sight of the client experience, and you know how to balance the creative side of building a trip with the discipline of executing it properly. You are a natural collaborator who contributes positively to the people around you and understands that a high-performing team is what makes exceptional client outcomes possible.
Experience in travel and knowledge of Australian destinations is an advantage, but what matters most is your mindset: proactive, accountable and genuinely committed to delivering experiences that stay with people long after they get home.
What Success in the Role Looks Like
You will know you are succeeding when your advisors send you their next client without hesitation, your programs depart without a single issue and somewhere in Australia a traveller is having exactly the experience you designed for them.
That means proposals that convert, suppliers and partners who know you are across every detail, and records that are accurate and up to date across every system. You look for ways to improve how things are done rather than just maintaining the status quo, you contribute positively to the people around you and you understand that a well-functioning team is what makes consistent delivery possible.
