With over 500 roofing projects currently in the pipeline and new work being added every week, we are looking for an experienced Roofing Operations & Growth Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of our growth.
This is not a site supervisor role.
This is an opportunity for an experienced roofing professional to step into a genuine leadership position where you will influence operational strategy, develop teams, build contractor networks, and play a key role in shaping the future of CORSA's Roofing Division.
The Opportunity
As Roofing Operations & Growth Manager, you will oversee our Roofing Operations Leads, subcontractor network, and roofing delivery teams across both residential and commercial projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably, and to the highest quality standards while helping drive growth, capacity, and operational excellence throughout the division.
You will work closely with Administration, Estimating, Operations, and Senior Management to ensure the roofing division continues to scale while maintaining strong systems, culture, and performance.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor Roofing Operations Leads
Build a high-performance roofing culture
Provide leadership, support, and accountability across all roofing operations
Drive continuous improvement throughout the division
Participate in strategic planning and operational decision‐making
Act as a key leader within CORSA's management team
Roofing Operations
Oversee residential and commercial roofing projects
Monitor project performance, profitability, scheduling, and delivery
Manage alongside admin/operations contractor and workforce capacity
Review project risks and implement solutions proactively
Ensure quality assurance standards are maintained across all projects
Assist in resolving escalations and complex project issues
Subcontractor Growth & Onboarding
Develop strategies alongside ROL to attract and retain quality roofing teams
Build long‐term relationships with subcontractors and industry partners
Lead subcontractor onboarding processes
Create and refine onboarding systems and procedures
Assist in expanding CORSA's contractor network throughout QLD and NSW
Identify opportunities to improve workforce scalability and capacity
Administration & Systems
Work closely with Administration to improve workflows and project delivery
Assist with scheduling and resource planning
Support operational reporting and KPI tracking
Ensure systems, documentation, compliance, and communication remain streamlined
Help drive innovation and operational efficiencies across the roofing division
Safety & Compliance
Maintain strong WHS culture
Ensure compliance with SWMS, company policies, and industry regulations
Conduct site audits, inspections, and quality reviews
Promote safe work practices across all teams
