Kahnsulting is an established boutique Chartered Accounting practice based in West Perth. We are seeking an enthusiastic, autonomous, and experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing team.

We provide a comprehensive range of services including startup advisory, bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, lending, SMSF, and business advisory. Our approach is tailored and client-centric, ensuring each client receives a bespoke solution aligned with their personal and business goals.
We work closely with business owners across industries such as construction, sales, eCommerce, and property development, as well as small family groups — helping them make better financial decisions and grow sustainably.
About the Role
Due to continued growth, our Bookkeeping Division is looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to play a key role within our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse client base while taking ownership of client relationships and delivering high-quality bookkeeping services.
* Xero and Hubdoc setup and optimisation
* Data entry and transaction processing
* Payroll processing and compliance
* BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement
* Bank and account reconciliations (including AP/AR)
* Assisting with monthly management reporting
* Client communication and ongoing support
* Delivering exceptional service across multiple clients
About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in a bookkeeping role (flexible for the right candidate)
* Strong proficiency in Xero, Hubdoc, and/or Dext
* Solid experience in payroll processing and compliance
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
* Australian working rights and a current national police clearance (within six months)
