Occupational Rehabilitation Professional
We are seeking an Occupational Rehabilitation Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients to identify their goals and provide psychological or physical supports to help them live life to its fullest potential.
As an Occupational Rehabilitation Professional, you will work closely with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. You will also be responsible for case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, and working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Case management, including caseloads and rehabilitation support
* Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
* Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work
* General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC), or accredited with AASW as a Social Worker
* Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry would be highly regarded
