About the Role
As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice to a diverse portfolio of existing and new clients. Your primary goal is to deliver high-quality advice that meets the needs of your clients.
Responsibilities
- Deliver financial advice in line with our business service model
- Conduct ongoing reviews with existing clients to identify opportunities for enhanced outcomes
- Build and maintain relationships with external professionals and business partners
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records and file notes
- Ensure all advice meets regulatory requirements
- Meet individual key performance indicators (KPIs) as outlined in the Balanced Scorecard
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and complete required continuing professional development (CPD)
Skills and Qualifications
You will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide expert advice to clients. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for building strong relationships with clients and internal teams. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. A deep understanding of financial products and services, including lending, insurance, superannuation, and retirement planning, is necessary to provide holistic advice to clients. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment are also desirable.
