The Role
We are looking for experienced and entry-level technicians who can install, splice, align, and maintain conveyor belt systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and be willing to learn and grow into a long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, splice, align, and maintain conveyor belt systems
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on-site and in the workshop
• Complete scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing
• Work safely in line with industry and company procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Entry Level: A strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and mechanical aptitude; background in labouring, trades, farming, or heavy industry is a bonus;
* Experienced: Cert III in Polymer Processing or currently working toward it, proven experience in splicing, installing, and servicing belts, ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes;
