Role OverviewWe are looking for a Studio Coordinator / Account Manager to join our boutique creative studio based in Inner City Melbourne.
The role will support client and project coordination across all aspects of the studio's delivery functions.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Creative Director to drive studio project management functions.Create and maintain project timelines and schedules.Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure deliverables.Success AttributesPassion for studio coordination and creative delivery.Highly organised with the ability to plan and deliver projects in a timely manner.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a friendly, enthusiastic attitude.Proficient in G-Suite / Microsoft Office.Basic experience with Xero, Streamtime, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.Marketing, Graphic Design or Account Management background is ideal.Training will be provided.Qualifications2+ years experience in a creative office or studio setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Other RequirementsNo visa sponsorship required.2+ years of design services experience.
