About Our Role

Our Melbourne‐based Buildings team needs support! It's a great time to join WGA as a Team Administrator and add immediate value, working collaboratively with our wider Melbourne and national Administration team. We are seeking an experienced Team Administrator to join our team.

About You

* Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with ability to build effective and inclusive relationships
* High level of attention to detail
* Excellent computer skills and intermediate capability with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
* Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
* Excellent time‐management and prioritising skills with ability to proactively anticipate challenges and drive action
* The ability to exercise sound judgement and find solutions to problems
* The ability to enjoy being flexible with your workload and work collaboratively with the national Administration team
