Job Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join the growing team on a permanent, full‐time basis. Our Property Managers oversee a portfolio of properties, focusing on building strong client relationships and supporting portfolio growth through new opportunities. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support these activities while developing your understanding of the local market. You will bring strong organisation, communication, and a positive attitude to help maintain client relationships and respond to their needs.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current and future needs.
* Identify and cultivate new opportunities for new and existing client investments.
* Manage debtor relationships and prepare necessary documents for new and existing landlords and tenants.
* Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities.
* Maximise promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events.
About you
* Willingness to obtain a Property Manager licence, with costs covered by Elders.
* No industry experience necessary.
* Hold a current driver's licence.
* Work collaboratively within the team to achieve shared goals.
* Demonstrate strong organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills.
* Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
