We offer specialised services in alcohol and other drug treatment, mental health, and wellbeing, through counselling, group support, residential rehabilitation, and education—reaching communities across the Perth metro, Peel, South West, and Great Southern regions.

Responsibilities
* Support people of the STEPS Program, a partnership between Palmerston and South West Aboriginal Medical Service (SWAMS).
* Develop recovery case plans and deliver reintegration services, contributing to programs in both pre‐ and post‐release settings, aligned with the Department of Justice Case Management Plan.
* Provide a steady, compassionate presence, navigating complex situations and high emotions while offering unwavering support to vulnerable individuals.
Qualifications
* Relevant tertiary qualification in social, behavioural, or health sciences or counselling.
* Relevant case worker experience with demonstrated understanding of AOD recovery, person‐centred, recovery‐focused, trauma‐informed and strength‐based principles.
* Experience in developing and delivering education and training or educational group programs.
* Positive attitude towards working with people from diverse backgrounds including Aboriginal people and culturally and linguistically diverse groups.
* Valid driver's licence.
