Reporting to the Head of People Experience, this role is responsible for leading Employment Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR) activities across the business, providing expert advice to leaders, managing complex workplace matters, and leading enterprise bargaining activities for our Distribution Centre. **Please note** – This is a 12-month Parental Leave position. **Key responsibilities** * Manage complex ER and IR matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, performance management and workplace disputes.* Provide practical ER and IR advice to leaders, balancing compliance requirements with commercial outcomes.* Lead enterprise bargaining activities, including bargaining strategy, negotiations, consultation and implementation.* Act as the primary contact for external industrial representatives.* Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures and consultation processes.* Prepare and review ER and IR documentation, including investigation outcomes, allegation letters and separation documentation.* Monitor legislative, Award and enterprise agreement changes and provide guidance on business impacts.* Contribute to People projects, process improvements and broader People Experience initiatives.**About you** * Experience in a retail environment ***(essential)**** Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, Awards and employment legislation.* Experience managing complex ER and IR matters and workplace investigations.* Demonstrated experience leading enterprise bargaining and union negotiations.* Strong stakeholder management, influencing and conflict resolution skills.* Excellent written communication and attention to detail.* The ability to provide commercially pragmatic advice while managing risk.* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business, Law or a related discipline. ***(preferred)*****About us** With more than 250+ stores and 2200+ employees nationally, we are Australia's leading retailer and wholesaler of fashion and comfort footwear, owning and operating some of Australia's most iconic brands, including Bobux, The Trybe, Midas, Mollini, Mathers, Williams, diana ferrari, and Australia's largest online footwear retailer, Styletread!
