Key Responsibilities
* Providing executive support including diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
* Preparing presentations, reports, agendas and board documentation
* Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion
* Coordinating internal communication and stakeholder engagement
* Supporting project delivery and organisational priorities across the business
* Assisting with event coordination and executive administration
About You
* Previous experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* A proactive, adaptable and solutions‐focused approach
* Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence working across multiple systems
