Core Purpose
Support Australia site's construction machinery service operations, focusing on customer feedback, safety compliance and warehouse coordination, to ensure efficiency and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Operational & Team Support
Responsible for monitoring the execution quality and process compliance of service operations within the designated area, identifying and reporting anomalies such as service quality issues and major product quality problems.
Responsible for organizing the collection of system-related issues and overseeing the implementation of system optimizations.
Responsible for coordinating service resources, identifying abnormal situations such as insufficient service resources or improper use of resources, and coordinating cross-departmentally to allocate and schedule resources.
Other key tasks assigned by the responsible leadership.
Manage customer complaints/feedback with closed-loop tracking and follow-up.
Safety Compliance
Implement OH&S-aligned safety policies (PPE distribution, checklists, on-site supervision).
Assist in safety training, conduct spot checks, and track hazard rectifications.
Assist in manage machinery/parts warehousing (inbound, storage, inventory, outbound) and ensure SOP adherence.
Key Requirements
* 2+ years of manufacturing industry service/operations support experience (Australian market exposure preferred).
* Experience working with any type of construction machinery is a plus point for this role.
* Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills; detail-oriented.
