We are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our sales team. This role is for a motivated, customer‐focused sales professional who performs well in a fast‐paced, target‐driven environment.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a key member of our sales team, you'll deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long‐term client relationships. If you have a passion for cars, strong sales performance, and excellent interpersonal skills, this role offers a rewarding career with clear progression and recognition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Engage with customers to understand needs and preferences
* Present and demonstrate vehicles and their features
* Conduct test drives and communicate each vehicle's benefits
* Advise customers to match vehicles to lifestyle and budget
* Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to achieve positive outcomesFollow up after sale to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in automotive sales
* Strong product knowledge and a genuine interest in vehicles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport and long‐term customer relationships
* Goal‐oriented, self‐motivated, and results‐driven
* Valid Australian driver's licence and right to work in Australia
