We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant for a local organisation in the Northern Suburbs.

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide a full range of executive support and high‑level administrative services to the Director. This is a pivotal role requiring discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Your new role
- Provide confidential executive support, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations for the Director.
- Manage correspondence, draft documents, and prepare high‑level reports and presentations.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and forums, including diary management, agendas, and minutes.
- Organise travel and accommodation for the Director and operational staff.
- Oversee records management, registers, and databases.
- Provide back‑up support to the CEO when required.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ochre Card (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing demands.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to liaise effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including Aboriginal communities.
- Proven discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Sound judgement and problem‑solving skills.
