We're looking for an experiencedAdministration Coordinatorto join a warm, purpose-driven aged care facility in Myrtle Bank.
You'll play a key role in supporting residents, staff, and families while managing day-to-day admin, admissions, and rostering.
What you'll do:
Greet and support residents, families, and visitors
Manage admissions and maintain accurate records
Take meeting minutes and support reception
Handle general office admin and rostering
Liaise with care, corporate, and hospitality teams
What we're looking for:
3+ years in admin/reception (aged care a bonus)
Friendly, respectful, and highly organised
Proficient in Excel and MS Office
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Must have 3x COVID + current flu vax
NDIS Screening Check + National Police Clearance
