**Duties**
- Operating payroll for all staff members
- Reconciling patient accounts and financial records
- Overseeing the creation of rosters
- Managing the Reception and Nursing teams directly
- Leading on HR functions
- recruitment, training and exit interviews
- Offering strategic marketing support to the principal Doctors
**Skills and Experience**
- 3+ Years in Practice Management with proven tenure
- Ability to utilise Best Practice
- Business Management qualification is highly desirable
- Experience managing HR and finance functions within a Medical Practice environment
- An organised and resilient personality
