Position Summary
Independent coordinator responsible for the development, implementation and review of clinical education programs across the Midwest Mental Health and Community Alcohol and Drug Service. Supports orientation of new staff with a focus on evidence-based care, identifies suitable clinical education opportunities, audits compliance with governance processes and mandatory training, and provides advice to the management committee on service gaps and resource requirements to support high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the development, implementation and review of clinical education programs.
* Support orientation of new staff with a focus on evidence-based care.
* Identify and facilitate relevant clinical education opportunities.
* Audit compliance with governance processes and mandatory training requirements.
* Provide advice to the management committee on service gaps and resource needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants must:
* Hold a relevant mental health qualification and have experience in clinical education and training.
* Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills.
* Have experience auditing compliance with clinical governance processes.
* Be able to provide evidence of effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Eligibility
Applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed-term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a visa that allows indefinite stay in Australia.
