About the Role
Be the welcoming face of the home and the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff.
This is a part-time role covering Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends.
You'll provide friendly, professional customer service, manage calls and enquiries, and support day‐to‐day administration to help keep the home running smoothly.
You'll play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who visits.

* Administration or reception experience (desirable, but not required).
